01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the qk365 platform at qk365.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and qk365 (the "Operator").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the qk365 platform. Continued use of any qk365 service — including browsing the website, logging into your account, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of that use.

qk365 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility as a Pakistani player to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of qk365 after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open a qk365 account and access any real-money gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qk365 strictly enforces age verification and will not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use only — not on behalf of a third party, business entity, or syndicate.

qk365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be restricted or closed.

03 Account Management

Each registered player is solely responsible for the management and security of their qk365 account. The following rules apply to all accounts at all times:

• Login credentials — your qk365 login username and password must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person.
• Unauthorised access — if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify qk365 support immediately at [email protected]. qk365 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account currency — all qk365 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, bets, wins, and transactions are displayed and processed in PKR.
• Inactive accounts — accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. qk365 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy as published on the platform at the relevant time.
• Account closure — you may request closure of your qk365 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

qk365 supports the following PKR payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your qk365 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction.
• qk365 does not charge platform-side deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• Verified accounts in good standing will have withdrawal requests processed on the same business day if submitted during PST business hours.
• qk365 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) checks before releasing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Bonus-linked funds are subject to wagering requirements before they qualify for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting turnover conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• qk365 does not impose platform-side withdrawal fees for standard transactions. Express withdrawal services, if offered, may carry a nominal fee as disclosed at the time of selection.

05 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on qk365 — including cricket, PSL markets, kabaddi, UFC, football, and all other sporting events — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by qk365. Bets not assigned a reference number are void.
• qk365 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on any market at any time, at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a technical error, network failure, or obvious pricing error, qk365 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings obtained from an obvious error will not be paid.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to sufficient internet connection and platform availability at the time of placement. Bets submitted but not confirmed before a defined event milestone may be voided at qk365's discretion.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or declared incomplete before the minimum qualifying period, bets will be settled in accordance with qk365's sport-specific rules published in the help section of the platform.
• qk365 reserves the right to void or limit bets from accounts it suspects of match-fixing, insider information use, or any other form of fraudulent wagering activity.

06 Casino & Games Rules

The qk365 Casino, including all live dealer tables, slot titles, fishing games (including Bombing Fishing), and HRG Live products, is governed by the following rules:

• All casino and slot games use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and not subject to manipulation by qk365 or any player.
• Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments. qk365 is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party stream providers, but will take reasonable steps to resolve issues promptly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. Current limits are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer round already in progress, the outcome will be determined by the dealer's actions and recorded by the system. The recorded result is final.
• qk365 game results are logged and stored. In the event of a dispute, qk365's server-side logs are the authoritative record of all game outcomes.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are paid in full from jackpot reserve funds. qk365 reserves the right to verify and investigate any jackpot win before releasing the funds.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

qk365 offers various bonuses and promotions to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, PSL free bets, reload bonuses, and cashback deals. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough or turnover requirement). The applicable wagering multiple is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are held in a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the individual promotion.
• All bonuses carry an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the stated timeframe, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• qk365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable notice.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qk365 platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in card or table games to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker variants.
• Using insider information related to any sporting event, or placing bets in connection with any match-fixing or spot-fixing arrangement.
• Exploiting platform errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to place bets or play games outside of intended parameters.
• Opening or using more than one account to circumvent platform limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion or suspension.
• Providing false identity information, using a stolen payment method, or engaging in any form of financial fraud through the qk365 platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use qk365 in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at qk365 staff or other players.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the qk365 platform — including but not limited to the qk365 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of qk365 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the qk365 platform for personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any qk365 content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any qk365 software or game.
• Use qk365 branding or trademarks in any external publication, website, or promotional material without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any qk365 web page on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of qk365 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.

10 Privacy & Data

qk365 collects, stores, and processes personal data from Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the qk365 Privacy Policy as published at qk365.bet/privacy-policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms limits qk365's liability for death or personal injury caused by qk365's own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Responsible Gaming

qk365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all qk365 account holders and can be activated at any time by contacting support or through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — restrict the total PKR amount you can lose over a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (1 day to 6 weeks) while keeping your balance intact.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from qk365. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Amendments to Terms

qk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qk365 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and qk365 relating to these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 3 — Independent Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, either party may refer the matter to an independent arbitration body as designated under qk365's licensing terms.

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. Class action proceedings or combined dispute filings against qk365 are not permitted under these Terms.
